87bd1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1 General Terms of Use

These Terms apply to all Members who register an account on the 87bd1 platform, whether they access it via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other digital means. 87bd1 operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving adult users in Bangladesh. All services offered by 87bd1 are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) and are intended exclusively for recreational entertainment purposes by individuals of legal gambling age.

By completing registration on 87bd1, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily, that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and that you understand the financial risks inherent in gambling activities. 87bd1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 87bd1 platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to and use of the 87bd1 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement applies without exception to all Members in Bangladesh. 87bd1 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

By creating an 87bd1 account, you warrant and represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of any person who is under 18 years of age;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, truthful, and current;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 87bd1 or any of its affiliated entities.

87bd1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during normal platform use — to confirm that the age eligibility requirement is met. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Where a Member fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 87bd1, the account may be suspended and any funds held in the account may be withheld pending resolution.

3 Account Obligations

Each Member may hold only one registered account on the 87bd1 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where 87bd1 identifies that a Member holds more than one account, 87bd1 reserves the right to close all accounts held by that individual, void any pending bets, and forfeit any bonus funds associated with the duplicate accounts.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 87bd1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Members are required to keep their account registration details current and accurate at all times. Any change of address, telephone number, email address, or primary payment method must be updated in the account settings without undue delay. • Members must not use the 87bd1 platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may harm 87bd1 or any third party;
• Members must not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the platform's software or payment systems;
• Members must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner not expressly permitted by 87bd1;
• Members must not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent betting activity;
• Members must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activities into their 87bd1 account.

87bd1 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect unusual account activity, including patterns consistent with bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, and multi-accounting. Where such activity is identified, 87bd1 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice and to withhold any funds associated with the irregular activity pending a full investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 87bd1 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 87bd1 supports the following payment methods for Members in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 87bd1 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made through supported payment channels, though your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 87bd1 aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any applicable verification checks. 87bd1 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider or by the Member's financial institution.

Before any withdrawal is processed, 87bd1 may require the Member to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting copies of valid identification documents. This process is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not unique to any individual Member. Members who have not previously completed KYC verification should allow additional processing time for their first withdrawal request.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment source used for the deposit wherever technically possible;
• 87bd1 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of bKash wallet screen) before processing any withdrawal;
• Funds deposited into an 87bd1 account may not be transferred to another Member's account under any circumstances;

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets offered on 87bd1 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event. Market-level rules take precedence over any general betting guidelines where there is a conflict. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable market rules before placing any bet.

Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number has been issued, the bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member. 87bd1 reserves the right to void any bet at any time where there is credible evidence of: a technical error in the odds displayed; market manipulation or match-fixing; the use of prohibited software or exploit methods; or where the bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the Member's wallet at the original stake amount.

In-play betting markets are subject to rapid fluctuation and may be suspended, adjusted, or closed at any time without notice in response to live event developments. 87bd1 will not be liable for any instance where an in-play market was unavailable during a critical moment of a live event. Members are advised to ensure they have a stable internet connection when participating in in-play betting, particularly during high-traffic fixtures such as BPL finals and IPL playoff matches.

• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event — these limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement;
• Minimum bet amounts per market are ৳20 for standard pre-match markets and ৳50 for in-play markets;
• Multiple/accumulator bets are permitted and subject to the same rules as single-market bets;
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer procedure and are final once the game round is closed;
• Slot game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi) and are final once the spin result is displayed.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Members may request the closure of their 87bd1 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, 87bd1 will confirm the Member's identity and ensure that any pending bets have been settled and any eligible withdrawal balance has been returned to the Member's nominated payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within five (5) business days.

Members who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — for example, because they feel their gambling is becoming a problem — may request a self-exclusion directly from their account settings dashboard or by contacting support. • Where the Member has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Where the Member is found to have opened more than one account in contravention of the single-account rule;
• Where continued operation of the account would, in 87bd1's assessment, expose the platform to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk;
• Where the Member is found to be under 18 years of age.

In the event of account suspension or closure initiated by 87bd1 due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, 87bd1 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant balance as compensation for losses suffered as a result of the breach.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87bd1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gambling outcomes; loss of data; loss of profits; service interruptions; technical errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party software providers; or unauthorised access to your account where reasonable security measures were in place.

The 87bd1 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Whilst 87bd1 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from interruptions, delays, errors, or security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members in advance where operationally practicable.

87bd1 is not responsible for the actions, content, products, or services provided by third-party game providers integrated into the platform (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Where a dispute arises in connection with a specific game outcome from a third-party provider, 87bd1 will act as an intermediary in raising the matter with the provider but cannot guarantee the outcome of any such dispute.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
